Today Jamones Martínez (Hijos de Felipe Martínez), after four decades of experience, dedication and constant progress, has achieved a perfect product resulting from the deep-rooted customs of a good traditional ham maker, combined with a modern business concept with a vision of the future.

Our manufacturing process begins with an intensive and careful selection of meat from the white Iberian breeding pig from the best farms and slaughterhouses, which fulfil EEC demands on quality control.

As Jamones Martínez is aware of the importance of the curing process, it is monitored on a daily basis to control the development of the various qualities in order to obtain our different brands.

At Jamones Martínez we take care of the whole curing process of our products in different "bodegas" (special curing rooms) at the correct temperature and humidity. The whole process is adapted naturally to the cycles corresponding to the four seasons in the year, following the oldest and best traditions.
